We will take prompt action to correct and acknowledge the generous donor/s.
If you wish to include Bialik College Foundation in your will, follow these steps:
1. CONSULT YOUR LEGAL ADVISOR
Speak with your solicitor or estate planner to ensure your will reflects your wishes correctly.
2. DETERMINE YOUR GIFT TYPE
Choose whether you would like to leave a specific dollar amount, a percentage of your estate or the remainder after other distributions.
3. INCLUDE THE CORRECT WORDING
Your legal advisor can help draft the following suggested wording in your will:
"I give and bequeath [specific amount, percentage or residual gift) to Bialik College Foundation (ABN: 30 695 515 160), to be used for its general purposes. I declare that the receipt of an authorised officer of the Foundation shall be sufficient discharge to my executors/trustees."
4. INFORM BIALIK COLLEGE FOUNDATION
While not required, letting us know about your bequest ensures we can acknowledge your generosity and discuss any specific intentions you may have.
5. KEEP YOUR WILL UPDATED
Review your will periodically to ensure it continues to reflect your wishes.
